Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting1 of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, commencing at 6:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at the Haydens Crossing North Community Clubhouse, 5316 Spring River Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43016.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
- Elect Board officers and Election Committee members.
- Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2023.
- Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2023 for the Authority.
- Consider a resolution extending the designation of the Authority’s accountant through August 2023.
- Consider a resolution extending the designation of the Authority’s depository bank.
- Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.
