NOTICE OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2021
ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE HAYDEN RUN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting1 of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021, commencing at 6:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Hilliard Branch, 4500 Hickory Chase Way, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

  1. Elect Board officers and Election Committee members.
  2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2022.
  3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2022 for the Authority.
  4. Consider a resolution extending the designation of the Authority’s accountant through August 2022.
  5. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the Public.
