NOTICE OF AUGUST 17, 2020
ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE HAYDEN RUN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting1 of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020, commencing at 6:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Pursuant to Ohio House Bill 197, this meeting will be held by teleconference or videoconference as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency. This meeting is open to the public. Members of the public may obtain instructions to observe this meeting and/or submit comments to the Board by e-mailing sandra.christy@squirepb.com, greg.daniels@squirepb.com and pamela.franks@squirepb.com (please copy all addresses).

The purposes of the meeting are to:

  1. Elect Board officers and Election Committee Members.
  2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2021.
  3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2021 for the Authority.
  4. Consider a resolution appointing the Authority’s accountant through August 2021.
  5. Discuss options for conducting the election of members of the Board of Trustees.
  6. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the Public.
